Last time I completed the survey I inadvertently selected only one star!!! Shame on me. It should have been 5 stars, and probably I need to take survey lessons to get it right. Mike and his team are incredible and I think that Susi and I just buy more cars just so Mike can work on them. :). Their service is excellent and their shop is immaculate and orderly. There's no "Mickey Mouse" stuff going on here!Mike, we'll be back!!! The drive from Santa Rosa is well worth it! Thanks.

though I understand the need for Mike to filter his calls through the Lady in the office, Renee (very helpful and courteous) I prefer to be able to speak with Mike. I also understand this is a difficult balance to maintain.

A big "thank you" to Mike and his staff for a speedy replacement of my dead battery and taking care of the other little items -- like a thorough oil & filter change/inspection. He squeezed in my unscheduled (and unplanned) repair in an overflowing workload before the weekend. Much appreciated. I'll be back for the brake replacement shortly. I appreciate the extra trouble Mike goes to ensuring nothing's been overlooked. And, yes, it is the cleanest shop (and reception room) I've ever seen.
