Mike Larbre Automotive Sonoma Auto Repair

Took my Lexus 470GX in for service, including transmission service. Frank's crew did their usual excellent job. Larbre's my Go-To auto repair service. The work on all three of my cars and handle them all with the same exceptional care.

I broke down early morning in Sonoma. Found Larbre on the web and called. Frank was sincere, listened to me and told me how to get to the shop. When I arrived Frank was able to get a good diagnosis within an hour, an estimate for the parts and labor, and completion day. When I returned the truck was repaired, ready for pick up and cost below the estimate. I was a service writer for 2.5 years and can truly say Frank is a great service writer and representative of this repair facility. I am 100% satisfied with my entire experience.

The entire team, especially the manager Frank and the owner, Mike, are so professional, accommodating, honest, thorough, dependable, knowledgeable, reasonably priced and a joy to work with. As always, Frank came through for me. I had a nail in my tire and no alternative form of transportation to have to wait a long time for an appt. He got it done and lent me the loaner for an hour or so. You guys are a little more expensive than some others, but the customer service is top notch, as is the automobile servicing. Keep up the good work!

I had a turn signal that wasn't working correctly, so I drove on over to Larbre. Frank was busy and it was late afternoon. It was more efficient to come back, so the next morning, Frank was right there, good spirits and always polite. He did the job himself, and all was fine! Larbre does great work no matter if it's a big or small job.
