I did not realize that the oil change would take a full day because of estimates for entire car. I would have preferred to set an actual appointment. As it turned out, I missed a 3-hour class through the JC.

Larbre Automotive is the official auto mechanics shop for our household. They have a good customer service guy out front (Frank) and a team of expert mechanics led by the shop owner, Mike, in the back. They communicate and explain the nature of the problem and the associated costs. Larbre has good turnaround time and, most importantly, I have developed confidence in their work because I know that it will get fixed and fixed right.

Mike, Frank and the entire crew are more than professional, they are courteous. They have demonstrated time and again that they are willing to do whatever it takes to make servicing your car as convenient as possible. There are many businesses here in Sonoma that would do well to follow Larbre's lead.

Well served by Frank-his immediate signin and prompt attention to my Sprinter. Called with good news-(Not always the case when Mike calls!!)-and the car was ready for pickup. Just a little surprised my Sprinter was not washed and waxed before pickup!
