I was up in Sonoma for the weekend....on Friday afternoon my car expelled all of its coolant unexpectedly. I had heard great things about Labre Auto from my brother and so I immediately took it in. Frank was the nicest friendliest guy....very honest. He said he couldn't really look at it until the car engine had cooled down so that it might not be until Monday which I understood. But Frank called me an hour later and said it was a simple fix and that I could come back and pick up my car. Now...I call that great service for a late Friday afternoon. The shop is clean and you can tell it is well run. Frank is so easy to talk to and even discussed other things I might want to have looked at down the line....no pressure, just giving me a heads up. One of the best experiences I have ever had with a car shop. I highly recommend them.

Mike, Frank and Crew went above and beyond to repair the A/C on our 2013 GMC Acadia in time to leave for our annual vacation. Couldn't ask for a more professional and courteous transaction. Thanks Guys!!

Very professional, very friendly, very proficient, very clean, very expensive, but hey; you get what you pay for. I do most of the work on my truck myself, but if there is something I don't have the capability for, I will definitely be taking my vehicles back to Larbre. Frank is outstanding, btw.

Excellent work done within in the time estimate. Very in depth explanation of what needed to be done, what the results would be and more importantly exactly what the costs would be. Staff is extremely friendly and courteous. This is also the cleanest mechanic shop I have ever seen which is another indication of the quality of their work. This has become our new Sonoma mechanics shop.

New to Sonoma and Larbre but am impressed with the initial analysis of my car, Larbre professionalism and friendliness of a well-run shop. Now that we have begun the work of solving problems, I'm hoping that the work exceeds my high expectations.

Quick professional honest quality service. Frank has to be commended for his outstanding communication and customer service skills. The shop was busy and it's not easy to make the effort to keep that many customers up to date on the progress of their repairs. Frank made it seem effortless. I'm very happy with the full break replacement they installed on my 2006 Chevy Truck.
