back in the dark ages, we were made to stereotype auto mechanics as opportunists, selling things that were not actually needed. and, yes, that still may happen, but not at larbre. many descriptive words come to mind, but 'respectful' stands out. If you don't understand something, it's explained and you aren't made to feel like a dummy. I've never been 'upsold' on any issue, just given plain info, with no pressure. a gem.

Frank and the whole staff were very accommodating from the very beginning and I was impressed with their knowledge and thoroughness throughout in solving the electrical problem on my BMW. Just had the breaks & oil change done on my Lexus.... Happy as can be :) he gave us a great price, lent us a loaner for the night and had it ready in time for us to cruise up to Tahoe. Way to go Larbre! highly recommended
