back in the dark ages, we were made to stereotype auto mechanics as opportunists, selling things that were not actually needed. and, yes, that still may happen, but not at larbre. many descriptive words come to mind, but 'respectful' stands out. If you don't understand something, it's explained and you aren't made to feel like a dummy. I've never been 'upsold' on any issue, just given plain info, with no pressure. a gem.
