Great, efficient, service and attention to detail. They sincerely want to address your concerns and needs. Frank at the front office is gracious and knowledgeable and accommodating. I travel between SF and Sonoma and with shops closing in SF due the real estate situation I wouldn't take my BMW anywhere else now. Larbre's reminds me of the shops I used to frequent years ago- heck the frist time I took my car here the owner sought me out, introduced himself to me and welcomed me. That's how aware they are at Larbre's. Having run a business in the service industry for 37 years I also realize how challenging it is to do all the things they do as well as they do.
