Mike took care of problem in one day and they are very reasonably pricec. I really appreciate that Mike is such a nice guy. Not gruff etc. Easy to talk to...really listens And they are such big supporters of the community (sponsor little league teams etc.) Finally, he is so proud of his Team that he puts every award and certificate they get right up on the wall for everyone to see.

The diagnostic process was thorough. Took a bit longer than I was expecting, but the detailed breakdown and estimate diagnosed the most urgent issue. The repairs took an additional day after diagnosis. Had to bring the car back after pickup for a quick tightening of the bolts after the car was on the rack. The shop noticed the jiggling, but thought it was an existing condition. They were quick to take care of it when I brought the car back. Glad to have the car back in good working condition.
